An object used by RendererRuntime implementations to notify the ReaderView about content range changes.
A new instance is passed to RendererRuntime each time navigate() or navigateTo() is called.
The RendererRuntime must then call notifyContentRangesChanged and notifyVisibleRangeChanged whenever new ranges have
been calculated.
